Complete Bhagavadgita - lectures on all slokas in simple English by Swami Paramarthananda Saraswati. Nice thought! For some time, one question was pondering me. When rishis talk about creation destruction of this universe, I wondered How They were able to. Explaining things that are to present, That's was Good, But How come destruction which Will happen after some billions of years. But yesterday when I woke up, as every one has, thoughts used to run in my mind, I need to do this today, go there, meet someone, etc etc. After a while the thoughts Will get alligned. So the rush of thoughts is bhrama, the thoughts when gets streamlined is vishnu. Organised way is sthitikara. When during our sleep when manas isn't there That's shiva's aspect, So that means creation, maintenance and the destruction does happen every day within us. Hence pondering on that our rishi's might have given up such info. (There could be other ways too But this one seems good to me ) So That's the reason It's told to take vishnu after waking up and shiva's name while going to

Where's my thinking going ? Our Scriptures talk lot of yagya, yaga,,rituals right. Does that karma itself gives me Good results? Or God needs to be pleased with my acts? If you say that God needs to intervene then the point that God being nirguna, who never has any beyond feelings, never onto any gunas ? How he Will be pleased? Persons like ramana maharsi, shankaracharya never felt happy or sad come What may! They were just sakshi to things, so Will be God right! So How my Good karma like yagam Will help me? I don't say that I'm against all of them. But want someone to enlighten me on this!

If I were to relate the basics of this universe, time, matter and space. 3 things out of this the entire manifestation takes place right? Which God you would relate them to? Bhrama to time, vishnu to matter, space to shiva ? I don't mean this is something which was told already in vedas, But just for an argument sake. :) We can drop this blog whenever you guys think that this approach of thinking is wrong..!

If we look at the history of ancient period of Treta Yug and Dwaaper Yug, one would realize that science was extremely developed; much more than the present time, and during the pre Mahabharat period science witnessed a period which is not easily achievable now, even after a couple of centuries, or even more.

Thought of introducing an important work by Sri Vidyaaranya Swamiji (also known as Maadhavaacharya), A great scholar (Guru of Vijayanagara Empire) who was the 12th Jagadguru of the Sringeri Sharada Peetham from 1380 to 1386 A.D., had written a detailed work on various Bharatiya dharshana at that time, aptly named "Sarva-darshana-sangraha" - a kind of encyclopedia with a detailed subjective "Philosophical comparative analysis" of all the Dhaarmika systems (all follow the Dharma ultimately) and their philosophies during his time and/or earlier. People instead of creating their own theories about Indian shastras, darshanas and own ideas about Indian philosophical interpretations  - should read this foundation book and have a clear understanding - which we clearly lack.
