Women's day..

Women's day.. Though I realized late.. Women's day is the day we remember and praise her for her very nature , existence, love and compassion. Don't laugh.. let's wish our godess Laxmi sarasvathi and Durga also a happy women's day. Lets take time to wish her the same. :)

Dreams....

Dreams.... We know dviata , advaita ..but we also know there's something called visista advaita which is difficult to comprehend. Existence of dvaita and advaita at the same time. There's an apology which I generally think while thinking of dvaita and advaita. Tell me where does vishita advaita fit in in this analogy. Let's say you are dreaming of few characters in your sleep. Now the character in dream doesn't know that he's being dreamed. That's the plane where we all live. Vishnu dreams of this universe but we all think that there is a separate entity or dvaita. Yogis who realised god are the ones who know that they are being dreamed. And the moment he realizes he doesn't care about this world coz he understood that this is all maaya. That's why we see no person like Ramana maharshi , ramakrisna paramahamsa who have never gone back to material world. He just shuns his interests in the material world. Untill now I had this example to explain my friends

IBM ad 45 years ago (1973).

IBM ad 45 years ago (1973). When the whole world was misled into believing that Algebra came from Arab civilization (Al-Jabr), this was how IBM came up with such fantastic print ads in international newspapers, acknowledging that Algebra had actually originated in India thousands of years ago. What a proud moment it must have been for young Indian engineers across the globe when the world's largest technology company openly refuted false propaganda, and rightfully gave the entire deserving credit to Indians. A beautiful Vedic prayer

A beautiful Vedic prayer ॐ। ९.७ “OM. We especially pray to that [Brahman/OM] for calming our current and future diseases. We pray for the successful journey of this ‘yajna’. We pray for the successful journey of this ‘yajamana’. May there be divine prosperity for us. May our progeny get prosperity. ... May our herbs (plants) grow upwards. May there be prosperity for our people. May there be prosperity for our animals. OM, may there be peace, may there be peace, may there be peace.” —Taittiriya Aranyaka 1.9.7 This prayer is traditionally chanted before chanting the ‘Purusha-suktam’. https://twitter.com/MisraNityanand/status/969774086044901376

Note that there are eleven ways of reciting the Vedas were designed – संहिता पाठ Samhita, Pada, Krama, Jata, Maalaa, Sikha, Rekha, Dhwaja, Danda, Rathaa, Ghana. Samhita is where there is no split. The samhita was travelling by oral transmission only. Different methods of recitation with various permutation and combination were practiced. This is for the preservation and memorization. Above comment is from Rudra C. Thanks for correcting me.
