Yes the story is in almost all books, Radha didn't open her eyes for many days, her parents were very sad and thought why is this little beautiful girl child blind, they consulted physicians but couldn't found any solution, then they heard that they should take it to some sadhus, they were planning for it. The king vrishbhsnu was moving in Carts with groups of other people, but suddenly on their way they get to know that kansa has ordered all newborn children to be killed, and in their way they have placed a checkpost which takes children of passers. fearing this her parents decided to change their way and go to nearby villages and then her father Vrishbhanu remembered of his friend Nandlal of Gokul. They come to Gokul from Mathura, and when they brought Krishna near Radha, Radha opened her eyes. And in her first sight he saw Charming face of Krishna, as her first vision.
In some versions Narada Muni went their in Barsana and then on hearing this he suggested to invite Nandlala, as his parents didn't invited many people as they were sad, when nandlala arrived they brought Krishna with them, when Krishna saw Radha, he crawled and moved his little hands in Radha's eyes. This way Radha knew it's Krishna and she opened her eyes, and saw Krishna in front of her, her parents were shocked.
Father and son, went to a temple, suddenly son shouted after seeing the pillars of Lions at the entrance of the temple "Run Dad, or those Lions will eat us " Dad consoled him saying "they are just statues and wont harm us" Son replied " if those lion statues wont harm us then how could statues of God give us blessings" The father wrote in his diary... "I am still speechless on my childs answer and have started searching for God in Humans instead of statues. -- A good story which I read today. Not sure whether this has been penned by an agnostic or atheist. But forms a good question for discussion. What do you all think about this?
Which one is that book, commenting to follow up with the discussions.
