Nice post. My thought is that ideally your body and spirit can work together in harmony rather than creating a situation where there has to be a winner and a loser.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, i would like to thank you for your valuable time which you gave to the post...I was excited to see the first comment..!! :) Yes Justin ,,you are right absolutely..!! what you have said ..do happens ...as you said... at ""ideal"" condition... where there is only one player..the soul ,, No confusion on taking decisions.. no multiple thoughts...!! And at present,, i am on a way to know my real self..!!! :)
