Durga Saptsati Devi Suktam is taken from Rig Veda. The Rig Veda also shows the importance and value of women in India. The most powerful deity is Maa Durga who actually created Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva followed by Maha Kali Maha Lakshmi and Maha Sarswati.
