What is the truth Jambu-Dwip? Is it possible to conceive it today? I found this discussion worth-while reading.

I was listening to Srimad Bhagavatham and in that listening to descriptions of 7 khand, I mapped in my mind as 7 continents that we know today. But that understanding seems to be naive after reading this discussion.

    Asia is jamboodveepa - this is the same as the current 7 continents and it is right
